Application of Co-Exhibitors

Main exhibitors who wish to apply co-exhibitors to participate in the DMEA can do so online using a personalized link. Application is mandatory.

Are you a main exhibitor and would like to apply a co-exhibitor for your booth?

Once you have finalized your main exhibitor application, you will receive an email from us confirming receipt of the application request. This email will also contain the personalized application link you need to apply your co-exhibitors.

The corresponding application link is also available to you in the DMEA application portal. Under the menu item “My Applications,” you can view your submitted application. Under “Actions,” select the “Co-exhibitor” icon. There you will find the link to apply your co-exhibitors. Copy this link into your browser to complete the application.

If you have applied as an exhibitor for various events organized by Messe München, please ensure that you select the DMEA application.

If you have applied multiple booths for the DMEA, select the booth where you will place the co-exhibitors.

What is the cost of applying a co-exhibitor?

The application fee for co-exhibitors, which includes the mandatory communication fee, is 395 EUR. This fee will be billed to the main exhibitor.

All co-exhibitors enjoy the same benefits as the main exhibitor, i.e., they are listed as independent exhibitors in the exhibitor directory.

Would you like to apply as a co-exhibitor?

Co-exhibitors must still apply through the main exhibitor. Your main exhibitor will receive a link through which you can apply as a co-exhibitor at their booth. To receive this link, please contact your main exhibitor.

Additional ways to participate.

As an exhibitor, you also have the opportunity to take part in the DMEA’s extensive program. Information on other participation opportunities, such as the DMEA sparks career platform, the DMEA Awards, the Guided Tours, the Solutions Hubs, and the seminars/masterclasses, will be available here soon.
