This is a complete, turnkey package: You don’t need to book anything extra; just bring your own equipment (laptop, materials, etc.) and you’ll be ready to go on the first day of the trade show!
- 1,800.00 EUR* for universities, hospitals, and healthcare facilities
- 2,600.00 EUR* for a secondary booth for DMEA exhibitors (bvitg members)
- 3,200.00 EUR* for a secondary booth for all DMEA exhibitors (non-bvitg members)
- 3,800.00 EUR* for all interested parties without a separate DMEA booth
All prices are subject to VAT
*Mandatory communications fee, AUMA fee & Disposal fee are included in the price

- Booth unit with a bar table and 2 bar stools at the display stand
- A1 poster
- Standard signage (exhibitor name) at the top of the display stand
