Our program for emerging talent
Do you want to learn how digital healthcare will evolve in the coming years and how health IT can improve patient care? At DMEA sparks, you can expect a diverse program of presentations and panel discussions, as well as targeted networking opportunities with potential employers.
The program provides a variety of ways to experience the digital health industry firsthand, gain insight into current developments, and connect with potential employers and relevant institutions.

- Discussion: “Future skills instead of a skilled labor shortage: Why career entry into healthcare needs to be rethought”
- Scholarship recipients from the Friedrich Wingert Foundation presented their work.
The program is conducted entirely in German.
The new program for 2027 will be available in winter 2026.

The DMEA sparks Award is presented annually to recognize the best bachelor's and master's theses in the field of e-health. Winning theses receive attractive cash prizes. It is also a great opportunity to present your innovative research to a broad professional audience.
