The DMEA lives from its community! As the third component alongside the DMEA committees and the cooperation partners, companies from the health IT sector make a very significant contribution to the DMEA program.
The call for papers for the congress program will start in October 2024, further participation opportunities will start in early 2025.
Active Participation Opportunities for Visitors
_DMEA Business Meetings
Take the opportunity and arrange a meeting with international experts to discuss your ideas, projects or innovative solutions. More information
_Guided Tours
On the guided tours, visitors of DMEA have the opportunity to inform themselves live and directly on site on selected key topics and to get to know the associated companies, their products, services and contacts personally.
Registrations for visitors will be taken at the DMEA on the day of the respective tour.
Placement by Application Process (Call for Papers)
_Congress
The DMEA Congress consists of 18 sessions covering the most important topics in the healthcare industry. In 60 minutes each, various individual presentations will shed light on topics from different perspectives.
The session organisers design the content of the sessions and select suitable presentations from the applications.
Price: Participation is free of charge.
Application period: starts in Orctober
_DMEA nova Award
With this start-up format, we are focussing on start-ups from the Digital Health sector: We provide them with the unique opportunity to present their ideas, products and solutions on a big stage to an interested expert audience and a professional jury. The DMEA nova Award, endowed with EUR 2,500, will be awarded to the best idea/solution in the final session.
Prize: Participation in the Call for Ideas is free of charge.
Call for Ideas: The application period will start in mid-January 2025.
DMEA sparks Award
The DMEA sparks Award recognises the best practice-oriented Bachelor's and Master's theses from degree programmes in medical informatics, health economics, digital health and other subjects. Prize money of up to 2,000€ awaits the winners!
