Exhibition Highlight Meierhofer: With standards to the new KIS

Hospitals will reach their limits: The discontinuation of established systems means that, in addition to the KHZG projects, numerous facilities will have to replace their existing hospital information system (HIS). This large number of IT projects can only be managed with standards. As an established provider of solutions for digital patient care, Meierhofer has been digitising medical, nursing and administrative processes in hospitals, specialist clinics and hospitals of all bed sizes for more than 35 years. With M-KIS Now, Meierhofer has developed a standard based on many years of experience in the realisation of IT projects, with which the M-KIS hospital information system can be introduced in a short space of time while saving resources.

In response to the discontinued IS-H modules, the company offers new solutions for patient management and billing, some of which are already in productive use in hospitals. As the shortage of skilled labour in the healthcare sector also affects IT departments in particular, Meierhofer provides support with its Managed Services and the option of outsourcing certain IT services such as update, incident and application management.
